The Congress Hotel
Majvik is an art-noveau chateau on a hill overlooking the Baltic sea near Espoo. It is 25km from the centre of Helsinki and about 30 minutes drive from the airport at Vantaa. You’ll be staying in a large modern conference hotel in the Majvik grounds which lead down to the shore where the hotel saunas are, and where guests can swim from the jetty.

Travelling to Majvik
The hotel address is Majvikintie 1, 02440 Luoma Kirkkonummi. Coming by road you take Ring Road III to Luoma and turn off into Majvikintie. There’s plenty of free parking at the hotel. If you come by train from Helsinki Central Station you take lines U, L, or E to Masala Station. This takes about 30 minutes. From the station it’s a 20 minute walk. Follow the paths to Majvikintie. Sessions
An Introduction to Presence
Introductory talk, open to anyone, on Friday 4 July 16.00-17.30.
The Residential Weekend
Begins with dinner on Friday and there will be an evening session 19.30-21.00. On Saturday there are three sessions: 10.00-12.00, 14.00-16.30 and 19.30-21.00. On Sunday there are two sessions: 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00.
Arrival & Departure
For the opening meeting please be sure to arrive at the Congress Centre in good time for the start at 16.00 on 4 July. Those who are staying in residence at the hotel please check in before 15.30. Departure is after the last session on Sunday afternoon. If you’re coming for the whole weekend please attend every session.
Cost
The first introductory meeting on Friday afternoon: €20
The whole weekend, including introductory meeting, two dinners, two lunches, refreshments and use of hotel facilities (except sauna and pool): €390
Bed and breakfast in the hotel for two nights at our conference rate per person: €154 (shared room) and €264 (single occupancy).
Sauna at the Shore €22 /Indoor Pool and Spa €18 per person.
Book the Hotel
If you’re staying at the hotel for the weekend, book your room directly by emailing Hotel Sales, quoting reference 531/25. Pay on arrival. If you need to cancel you must contact the hotel to avoid being charged.

Book in advance or pay on the door. If after the meeting you decide to attend the whole weekend (all sessions and meals) that can be arranged with the organisers. The cost will be €370.

Reserve your place for the weekend with a non-refundable deposit of €100 and pay the balance by 1 June.
