c) There is a minimum age for attendance at retreats, events and classes of 18 years.
d) If you have a disability or are in doubt about your fitness to attend it is your responsibility to inform the event organiser when you make your booking. f) Events may be recorded, filmed and photographed. Your participation constitutes your permission for any appearance you make or anything you are recorded saying to be included in published recordings or promotions and you waive any rights you may have in respect of your contribution. If you wish to withdraw your permission, either for the entire duration of an event or in relation to a specific contribution you make, you may do so in person to Clive Tempest or in writing to a designated person, provided that you do so either in advance of the event or within seven days of the end of the event.
g) Unauthorised photographs and audio and video recordings may not be taken during meetings with or talks by Clive Tempest or during sessions at retreats.
