To reserve your place complete the booking form. You’ll be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of €150. The balance of €240 will be due by 1 June 2026. If you’re staying at the hotel you pay for your room when you arrive.

If you have to cancel your booking, any balance you pay before 1 June will be refunded.

The restaurant at Majvik will serve a mainly vegetarian cuisine with vegan options and some fish. If you have any special dietary requirements please mention them here.

Payment
When you submit this form you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to pay your deposit. This reserves your place and is non-refundable. You will be sent a bill for the balance which is due at the latest on 1 June. We cannot guarantee your place if you do not pay the balance by the due date and in that case you would forfeit your deposit.

Please read the following before submitting your booking

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

If you cancel, your deposit is not refundable. If you cancel before 1 June, any balance paid will be refunded to you. There will be no refund of the balance if you cancel thereafter.
If Clive Tempest is unable to attend the retreat because of circumstances beyond his control you may nevertheless stay in your reserved accommodation on the specified dates and the organisers would arrange alternative audio-only sessions at their discretion. If under these circumstances you cancel your booking after 1 June you will be refunded the balance of your payment less 50%.
Please consider getting adequate travel/holiday insurance to suit your particular requirements.

FITNESS DECLARATION

Your participation in this event, in chigung practice, meditation, healing or any ‘conscious connections’ work with Clive Tempest will be construed as an agreement that your health, wellbeing and fitness are your personal responsibility. If you have any current health concerns, including mental health issues, it is your responsibility to inform Clive. You may be asked to participate in chigung practice at his events. The exercises are suitable for almost everyone but if you have a condition that has required medical attention in the last year or are pregnant, are in pain or are taking any long-term medication, again please let Clive know.

RECORDINGS

Events and classes may be recorded, filmed and photographed and your participation constitutes your permission for any appearance you make or anything you are recorded saying to be included in published recordings or promotions and you waive any rights you may have in respect of those recordings. Unauthorised recording of any kind is not permitted.
